What's Wrong with this Picture?

This ramp lacks a level platform with sufficient maneuvering clearance in front of the door, which swings out toward the user. The individual must approach the door to reach the handle, then pull the door towards himself to open it. He will have to back up to avoid hitting his own feet with the door. Then he will have to hold the door open and propel himself through it while positioned on the sloped surface which is tilting him backwards. The ramp also lacks handrails and edge protection, making it even more dangerous.
