The U.S. Access Board's publications include the ADAAG Checklist (The Big One), which is one of the most thorough checklists out there, and which can be adapted for particular sites. The UFAS Checklist is based on the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards. Both checklists, as well as other publications, are available directly online, or call the Access Board at 800-USA-ABLE.
